About Our Facilities & Infrastructure
World-Class Manufacturing Facilities
AAAS Industries operates from a modern manufacturing facility at SIDCUL Pantnagar, Uttarakhand, equipped with advanced machinery and quality systems to support precision engineering, fabrication, tooling, and inspection requirements. Our infrastructure enables us to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable solutions for automotive and industrial applications.
Press & Fabrication Facilities
To support automotive-grade fabrication and press production, we are equipped with:
- Press Machines (10 Ton to 150 Ton) – 4 Nos
- MIG Welding Machines (250 & 500 Amp) – 6 Nos
- Arc Welding Machines (250 & 400 Amp) – 3 Nos
These facilities allow us to manufacture welding fixtures, structural frames, platforms, trolleys, and heavy fabricated assemblies with high strength and durability.
Machining & Cutting Facilities
- VMC Machines (300×600×400 mm) – 2 Nos
- Wire Cut Machine (300×600×400 mm) – 1 No
- Laser Cutting Machine (3KW, 1.5×3.0 m) – 1 No
- Lathe Machines (4 ft & 12 ft) – 2 Nos
- Milling Machines with DRO (250×1000 mm) – 3 Nos
- Surface Grinding Machines (200×600 mm) – 3 Nos
These machines enable precision machining for SPMs, press tools, fixtures, proto parts, and fabricated components.
Quality Assurance & Inspection
Quality is at the core of AAAS Industries. Our QA infrastructure ensures strict dimensional accuracy and compliance.
- Surface Table (QA) – 1000×2000 mm – 1 No
- CMM Machine – FARO Quantum E, 2.5 Meter, 7 Axis – 1 No
We provide both in-house and on-site CMM inspection services, enabling faster validation and reduced customer downtime.
Design & Engineering Support
Our in-house design capabilities ensure optimized and manufacturable solutions:
- SolidWorks Design Software – 4 Seats
- Skilled design engineers for SPMs, welding fixtures, press tools, jigs & gauges
